    LCT 몰에 위치한 워터파크의 정식 명칭은 '클럽 디 오아시스' 입니다. 

    뉴시즈 엘시티 레지던스는 투숙객 분들을 위해 클럽 디 오아시스 측과 제휴를 맺어 할인된 요금으로 이용하실 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다.

    투숙객 전용 할인 요금은 '뉴시즈 엘시티 레지던스' 예약 컨펌 문자에 안내된 링크를 통해 안내 해 드리고 있습니다.

    현 레지던스 내 전기차 충전소를 이용 할 수 없어 이용이 불가능합니다.

    Currently, electric vehicle (EV) charging is not available, as the EV charging stations within the residence are unavailable.

    엘시티 레지던스 운영사는 어떻게 되나요? Who is the operator of the LCT Residence?

    엘시티 레지던스는 여러 운영사가 객실을 제공하는 레지던스입니다. 객실은 동일한 건물 내에 위치하지만, 객실 비치 물품, 체크인 방식, 제공 서비스 등은 운영사별로 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

    현재 '뉴시즈 엘시티 레지던스', '엘시티 매니지먼트', 'Y-Collection', '더바인 엘시티 레지던스'를 제외한 업체는 불법 운영 숙소입니다.

    운영사에 따라 객실 타입 명칭, 어메니티, 객실 요금, 제공 서비스 및 프로모션이 상이할 수 있으니, 체크인 전 예약 확정 문자에 기재된 운영사명을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.


    LCT Residence is operated by multiple accommodation providers. While all rooms are located within the same residence, in-room amenities, check-in procedures, and services may vary depending on the operator.

    Only NewCZ LCT Residence, LCT Management, Y-Collection, and The Vine LCT Residence are authorized operators. Accommodations operated by any other businesses are unauthorized.

    Room type names, amenities, room rates, services, and promotional offers may differ from one operator to another.

    To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please verify the operator name listed in your reservation confirmation message before your arrival.

    주차는 어떻게 하나요? Parking Information

    차량은 객실 당 2대까지 무료 등록이 가능하며, 지하 5층에 주차 해주시길 바랍니다.

    (GATE 1,3번 근처에 주차 해주시면 E/V 홀까지의 이동이 편리합니다.)

    ※ 지하 2-3층은 입주민 전용 구역으로 주차 불가 

    ※ 차량 2대 초과 시 1박 당 1대 20,000원의 추가 비용 발생

    주차 구역은 일반 차량 / 장애인 전용 / 경차 전용 으로 나뉘며, 각 차량 등급에 맞게 주차를 해주시길 바랍니다.

    이를 위반할 시 강력 주차 스티커가 부착 될 수 있음을 알려드립니다.

    레지던스 주차장은 지하 주차장으로만 마련되어 있어 차고 높이 초과 시 주차가 불가능합니다. (지상 주차 및 발레파킹 서비스 불가)

    높이 2.1미터 이상의 차량은 주변의 공영주차장을 별도로 이용 해주셔야 하며 주차 비용은 지원되지 않습니다. 


    Up to two vehicles per room may be registered for complimentary parking. Please park on Basement Level 5 (B5)

    Please note:

    - Parking on Basement Levels 2 and 3 (B2-B3) is reserved for residents only and is not available for guests.

    - An additional fee of KRW 20,000 per night will be charged for each vehicle exceeding the two-vehicle limit.

    Parking spaces are designated for standard vehicles, accessible vehicles, and compact cars. Please park only in the space appropriate for your vehicle type. Vehicles parked in the wrong designated area may be subject to a parking violation sticker.

    The residence offers underground parking only. Vehicles exceeding the maximum height clearance of 2.1 meters cannot be accommodated. Surface parking and valet parking services are not available.

    If your vehicle is over 2.1 meters in height, please use a nearby public parking facility. Please note that parking fees incurred at external parking facilities are the responsibility of the guest and will not be reimbursed.

    체크인 전 혹은 체크아웃 후 짐 보관이 가능한가요? Luggage Storage Before Check-in & After Check-out

    짐 보관 서비스는 지하 5층 프런트에서 오전 9시 30분부터 오후 8시까지 이용 가능합니다.

    Luggage storage is available at the front desk on B5F from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

    우편물, 택배 수령 및 보관이 가능한가요? Can you receive and store my mail or packages?

    사전에 연락을 주신 경우에 한하여 보관 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.

    입실일과 예약자 성함을 필히 기입하신 후 하기의 주소로 발송 해주시길 바랍니다.

    * 귀중품, 음식물, 생물은 보관이 불가하며 별도의 냉장/냉동 보관이 어렵습니다.

    외부에서 일행이 방문 또는 음식 배달을 주문하는 경우 따로 출입 제한이 있나요? Can I have visitors or order food delivery to my room?

    건물 로비까지는 자유롭게 출입이 가능합니다.

    다만, 공동 현관 출입 및 객실 엘리베이터 이용 시에는 건물 보안 정책에 따라 객실 키 태그가 반드시 필요합니다.

    방문객이 있으신 경우에는 객실 키를 지참하신 후 3층 로비에서 방문객과 함께 입장하여 객실까지 동행해 주시기 바랍니다.

    음식 배달을 주문하신 경우에는 배달 기사님이 객실로 출입할 수 없으므로, 3층 로비에서 직접 수령해 주시기 바랍니다.


    Guests and visitors may freely access the building lobby.

    However, for security reasons, a valid room key card is required to enter the residential entrance and to use the guest elevators.

    If you are expecting visitors, please bring your room key card and meet them at the Level 3 lobby, then accompany them to your room.

    For food deliveries, delivery personnel are not permitted to access the residential area or guest rooms. Please meet the delivery driver and collect your order at the Level 3 lobby.

    객실 내에서 취사가 가능한가요? Can I cook in the room?

    뉴시즈 엘시티 레지던스의 모든 객실은 취사가 가능합니다.

    객실에는 주방가전과 식기류, 조리기구가 모두 구비되어 있어 편리하게 이용하실 수 있습니다.


    All rooms at NewCZ LCT Residence are fully equipped for cooking.

    Each room includes kitchen appliances, cookware, and tableware, allowing you to prepare and enjoy meals with ease during your stay.

    연박 투숙 시, 객실 정비는 어떻게 제공되나요? How is housekeeping provided for extended stays?

    뉴시즈 엘시티 레지던스에서는 4박 이상 투숙 시 1회 무료 객실 정비를 제공하고 있습니다.

    연박 이용 시 오전 10시~12시 사이에 수건, 생수 및 바스타월을 객실 문 앞에 제공해 드립니다. 사용하신 수건은 런드리백에 담아 객실 문 앞에 놓아 주시기 바랍니다.


    NewCZ LCT Residence provides one complimentary housekeeping service for guests staying four nights or longer.

    For guests staying multiple nights, fresh towels, bottled water, and bath towels will be delivered to your room door between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM each morning.

    Please place any used towels in the laundry bag and leave them outside your room door for collection.

    객실 키 관련 문의 Room Key Information

    객실 키는 객실당 최대 2장까지 제공됩니다.

    보안상의 이유로 추가 발급은 불가하며, 객실 키 분실 시 1장당 30,000원의 분실 비용이 부과됩니다.

    공동현관 출입 및 객실 엘리베이터 이용 시에는 객실 키가 반드시 필요하므로, 외출 시 객실 키를 꼭 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.


    A maximum of two room key cards is provided per room.

    For security reasons, additional key cards cannot be issued. A replacement fee of KRW 30,000 per key card will be charged if a room key card is lost.

    A valid room key card is required to access the residential entrance and use the guest elevators. Please remember to carry your room key card with you whenever you leave the residence.

    조식 제공이 가능한가요? Is breakfast available?

    레지던스 내에는 별도의 조식당이나 식음업장이 운영되고 있지 않습니다.

    조식을 원하시는 경우 시그니엘 부산 인룸다이닝 조식을 이용하실 수 있으며, 주문하신 조식은 오전 6:00~11:00 사이 객실로 배달됩니다.

    예약은 체크인 후 24시간 가능하며, 당일 주문도 가능하나 운영 상황에 따라 제한될 수 있으므로 사전 예약을 권장드립니다.

    There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast venue within the residence.

    Guests may enjoy SIGNIEL Busan In-Room Dining Breakfast, which is delivered directly to the room between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

    Reservations can be made after check-in, and same-day orders may be available depending on operational conditions. Advance reservations are recommended.

    객실 내 와이파이 사용이 가능한가요? Is Wi-Fi available in the room?

    뉴시즈 엘시티 레지던스의 모든 객실에서는 무료 Wi-Fi를 이용하실 수 있습니다.

    Wi-Fi 아이디와 비밀번호는 객실마다 다르며, 거실 TV 선반 또는 테이블 위에 비치된 안내문에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.


    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms at NewCZ LCT Residence.

    The Wi-Fi network name  and password are unique to each room. Please refer to the information card located on the TV cabinet or table in the living room.

    객실 뷰 관련 문의 Room View Information

    뉴시즈 엘시티 레지던스의 모든 객실은 오션뷰를 제공합니다.

    객실 타입에 따라 달맞이 오션뷰 또는 해운대 해수욕장 & 광안대교 뷰로 구분되며, 동일한 객실 타입은 모두 동일한 방향의 전망을 제공합니다.

    객실 타입 및 전망에 대한 자세한 사항은 051-747-3000으로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.


    All rooms at NewCZ LCT Residence offer ocean views.

    Depending on the room type, guests can enjoy either a Dalmaji Ocean View or a Haeundae Beach & Gwangan Bridge View. Rooms of the same type offer the same view orientation.

    반려동물 동반이 가능한가요?  Are pets allowed?

    객실 보존 관리 및 생활 소음 방지를 위해 전객실 반려동물 동반 입실을 금지하고 있음을 양해 부탁 드립니다.


    To maintain the condition of our guest rooms and ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not permitted in any rooms at NewCZ LCT Residence.
